This was my first experience with Bella viva and they exceeded all expectations. This was ordered online and sent as a gift. I received a call from their customer service informing me that one of the items was out of stock and if they could substitute with another type of nut. I agreed. They reassured me that it would be shipped immediately, but they wanted to make sure I would be happy with their choice of substitution. A few days later, I received a call from the recipient to thank me and also gush over the magnificent box of nuts and fruit they have ever seen or received. They continue to talk about the great gift every time I speak to them.

My sister's family has VERY diverse food preferences. This was a hit with everyone! THANKS

Parents are really enjoying this great idea and what a great way to share a little bit of California with others. They have raved about how good it is that I intend on not only sending them more as well as sampling ourselves.

I sent the Organic Gift Crate to friends and although I did not see it myself, they thought it was delightful. They especially liked the dried nectarines. It was a very direct and efficient ordering process. I would certainly buy from Bella Viva again.
