Not what I was hoping for

I was hoping for, as I now think of it, dried orange juice powder. This product has a strange consistency and taste. I want to find something amazing to do with is since I have 2 lbs now, but am not sure what.

I was amazed at the taste of your dried orange powder. It is so good. I have used it in tea and smoothies and it tastes just like fresh orange. Getting ready to make orange chiffon cake and intend to use this powder in the cake and also in the icing. I highly recommend it.
