If you are shipping via UPS Ground Service, consult the UPS Calculate Delivery Time & Estimated Cost on the UPS web site to determine the number of days to deliver your order from our zip code (95316).

Orders are trackable, so please provide a valid e-mail address at the time of your order and you will receive a tracking number when your package ships. Your credit card will be billed at that time.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the option you choose for delivery. This charge will be calculated at the time of checkout. We offer a wide range of shipping services for U.S. addresses: United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (offered for shipment to P.O. Boxes). Rates are determined per current UPS/USPS rates. Our online order form will quote your shipping costs based on the weight of your package, destination and level of service. You will not be charged until you "Send Order".

Packages delivered United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail are usually delivered within 3-4 days of the shipping date.
*Select Priority Mail if you prefer delivery to a P.O. Box.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers must select Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. UPS does not offer Ground service to these locations.

Online Gift Certificates must be fully used within one year of issuance.
The gift certificate will be applied towards the order total including shipping charges. If order is less than the amount of the certificate, the remaining amount may be used at a later time. If the order total is more than the certificate, then the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
The recipient of the gift certificate will need a credit card to check out and/or pay for any additional merchandise costs above the gift certificate amount.
For lost Online Gift Certificate numbers, only the original purchaser of the certificate may request a reissuing (emailing) the unused certificate number and this can only be given to the original purchaser of said certificate.
It is the purchasers responsibility to be absolutely sure that the email address entered in the "Email To:" textbox (during checkout) is correct. Once the Online Certificate is emailed, you are authorizing the recipient to purchase merchandise from our online store.
