Find out what is happening in the Bella Viva Orchards

  • Organic News!
    • For two years Bella Viva has been a certified organic fruit grower. However, we recently became a certified organic processor. What does this mean? It means that this season you will be seeing more and more organic dried fruit start to pop up on BellaViva.com. The first certified organic fruit we've dried in our plant, that we can now call organic, is oranges. They have been added to our rapidly growing line of organic fruits, now consisting of dried mangos and oranges.

  • Protecting Blossoms
    • Blossoms are very susceptible to a fungus called Brown Rot. All the work bees do in the spring will be in vain if the blossoms are not properly taken care of.

  • California's Water Supply
    • Director of Operations, Victor Martino, takes a trip to Peregoy Modows and checks the snow pack that will supply this season's water.
