Dried Pears

Originally tried the dried pears after making an impulse purchase during a shopping trip and enjoyed so much I wanted to see if I could order them online. Lucky me! Not only are the dried pears delicious, they are nutrient rich and make a wonderful snack while traveling. Easy to pack and great go to when I'm having a craving for sweets. Will keep ordering as long as they are available! Also husband approved which says a lot in the dried fruit department!

Happy Ending

I was skeptical when I couldn't cut a slice of dried pear. I was worried when my food processor struggled to cut slices of dried pear. Then I made Christine Ferber's Christmas Jam with fingers crossed. All the lovely dried fruit from Bella Viva melded into a creamy jam, except, of course, the lovely bits of pear that were absolutely perfect! It's the most amazing jam I've ever tasted.

The Best!

It's so hard to find dried pears that aren't gummy in texture or cloyingly sweet. These are fantastic, with a true pear flavor.
